I have a toyota camry 2000 my drivers side window is not working. I have removed door panel and wound window with a shifting spanner its staying up. I have been told it could have been converted to auto as the controls are on the consol > Is it possible to buy a handle to fit and use it manually all thats missing is the bolt or shaft to fit the crank handle on to.. I need to try this as I just cant afford a professional at the moment . Can anyone please help me

The crane is different for the manual and electric so you can't do it. Either find a used crane and handle, either replace the electric motor.

Thankyou. I have been told that if I convert drivers side window to a manual regulator, my other windows wont work as the main motor is in drivers door ?
