Sounds like the battery is low on charge due to a bad alternator. You would need to get the battery charged up to see if it good, have it checked, and the alternator would need to be checked as well.
Have you attempted a proper jump start? Careful now....find someone who knows how to do a Jump Start correctly....or else....Big $$$$ repairs could be the result.
