Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my car hazards and turn signal stopped working,  i had
someone look at it. They removed all the relay fuses and
put the same ones back in (looking for the correct fuse
place). We finally found the flasher fuse to replace. But now
nothing works NO BACK OR HEAD LIGHTS, STOP LIGHTS,
POWER FOR THE INSIDE, NO DASH POWER, NO HEAT NO
WINDOWS NO LOCKS JUST NOTHING. PLEASE TELL ME
WHERE WE WENT WRONG AND HOW TO FIX THIS?? IS IT
A SIMPLE FUSE THAT SHOULD BE CHANGED??

Most of those are probably the same , buy a couple of new ones read the panel guide and replace the one relative to your problem , There may be a flasher unit for that problem but I'm not sure if the computer has taken over that as well , In the future don't let people tear at your car or perform archaic " short cuts , tricks , cobb jobs ' or maintenance that applied 60 years ago . Knowledge is the key (electrical in this case) , the car is run by computers and you deal with those everyday .
