I just fixed the master cylinder, caliber & front brake
pads on my 2000 camry, the brake light is on why?

Has the brake system been bled properly? Brake light will stay on if the equalizer valve is not reset by equal fluid pressure in front and rear brakes. Also verify fluid level in master cylinder and set, then release parking brake.
