I have always used a name-brand like BF Goodrich, Goodyear, or Michelin, in the factory-recommended tire size (available from your tire dealer or on the tire placard on your driver's door frame). Any of these tires will suit you well in all weather and for many miles, with the Michelins having the highest price, but longest tread wear.
