I had it towed to a garage and when they tried it it started it seems that
something is getting shaken loose when hit a bump or something.Can anyone
help me please.

Hopefully your garage can fix it. It is really difficult to determine what is wrong sitting behind this monitor with such little information.

Did you notice any warning lights on or flashing? Need to clarify the issue. Two things have to happen when you want a engine to run. ONE....the engine must CRANK. The battery and starter circuit must be in good shape for a proper CRANK. TWO. Then the engine should FIRE UP....START. So...which is the problem....no crank...like the battery is dead......or.....turns over well...but will not fire up..Start?
