2000 Camry CE manual trans. The back up lights do not work, yet there is 12V
to the sockets, with key on, and manual in reverse, there is ground from socket
to frame, the bulbs are good in other sockets. Key on, sockets energized when
in reverse, not energized in neutral, but no lights, very curious.
