1999 camry speedometer/odometer no working transmission slipping

VSS located on top of transmission. You will have to support vehicle with jack stands and get underneath to access this part. Good Luck!

I was checking AC signal from VSS it was working fine. And I was checking electronic board meter and electronic circuit OSC Clock was not working fine because sometimes the frequency OSC Clock was stop (blank out Display number).I am replaced a electronic component capacitor 20pf in electronic board speedometer and it time work fine my speedometer
