Engine probably seized. Pull spark plugs creating no compression when trying to turn over& see if it will turn over. If not w/jump then may be seized. Or starter motor seized so rap it w hammer to get it to engage maybe. Keep trying everything you can think of !

Sounds like a near dead Battery.....or...a corroded Battery to Starter Motor connection. Do you see any white Goo on the Battery Connections? NO?.....try a PROPER Jump Start. Careful now....improper jump start results in big $$$$ repair bills.
