989 camry no start.new battery,fuel pump,plugs and wires.catches with throttle wide open but still not starty

Have you checked for good spark? You may have a bad coil. New plugs won't do anything if your coil is shot.

I agree with Reelin68. Stop throwing parts at it and do some testing. You need fuel, spark, timing, air and compression to start an engine. You need to start confirming these things before you go any further. Google things like "fuel pressure test" and "spark test" to get an idea of what needs too be done.
