O/D refer to the transmission, Overdrive. It is a gear selection that allows the engine to rev less then what the transmission output is. This allows the engine to consume less fuel at speed

He is correct, and if your ABS light is on, it means there is a problem with your ABS braking system that should be diagnosed.

O/D is (like they said) high gear. Its mostly for highway cruising to help you get better gas mileage. I don't know about the light because mine doesn't have ABS but if its on you should get it checked but it might just be a small sensor issue because thats what check lights usually are.

When ABS sign is on that means something wrong with the AntiBrakeSystem, the system that helps your car not to lock wheels when you brake to hard on a slippery surface. The problem can be with the ABS sensor on one or more wheels as it was with mine 93 Toyota Camry. To change the sensor it cost me $400. Hopefully my answer was helpful.

I have Camry LE 93 model. while reversing heard noise from front wheel and sign of ABS appeared on dashboard. after few day again there was noise and ABS sign disappeared for short time. Can one tell me what is the problem, Please!!!
