Battery runs down and guages dont work

98 toyota camry 2.2 just replaced the head gasket and
radiator and battery i accedently grounded the alternator
wire on exhause manifold and had to replace starter relay
and main fuse then i grounded it again now guages and
power windows dont work im not sure what to look for now

Check the alternator wire. When it shorted it may have damaged the contact so you are not getting any power from the alternator.
