97 camry v6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought this 97 camry v6 Automatic runs and
drives perfect but the odometer reading is blank  
and speedometer needle don't leave 0mph, So I
replaced the speedometer it self NOT the whole
cluster and replaced the speed sensor ,Now I have
a Odometer reading  but my speedometer needle
don't leave 0? Please help any advice is greatly
appreciated.

Does the auto tyranny shift properly? Is the replacement speedo used....rebuilt...new?
