Question type: Maintenance & Repair

97 camery will not start 2,2l. compression test was 1 to 4: 60, 90, 129, 120psi.  should start and run with little power. Is it possible that I lost a head gaskit. I know it is not the rings by placing oil in piston and testing pressure. piston 2 jumped to 120psi. I have no computer tester, or fuel tester att.

I would think even with those 2 cylinders low, that it should start and run. Might not run great, but it should run. Does it even try to fire? Perhaps give it a squirt of starting fluid to see if it fires. You may not have fuel pressure.
