97 wont turn. Or male amy sound

My 1997 Toyota Camry at one point did turn but
wouldn't start then it didn't even make a noise
when I turn the key but I get power to my relay and
I get power to my starter but somehow from my
ignition to my relay is nothing what can it be

Check the battery voltage. How old is your battery? If its too old then it might be beginning to fail. Otherwise, it could be an alternator failing to charge it properly. Otherwise, your starter solenoid could be going bad.
