96 Toyota camery

When I turn my 96 camery le on it idles high, then
back down it sputters, then stalls out,

you'l have to monitor spark and fuel pressure when it does this , if you want a shot in the dark guess replace the IAC valve , clean the ports if and when you do , if all checks out maybe your timing belt needs replacement , but I think it's fuel
