Cooling System

Asked by GuruX3ML3 Nov 26, 2018 at 09:06 PM about the 1995 Toyota Camry LE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just replaced the thermostat housing on my 1995 Toyota Camry due to a
crack. Replaced the thermostat and seal, upper and lower hoses, and cap
since it was open.
After a few weeks now it leaks between the housing and the block.
Since it only had the seal that's how I put it back together.
Thoughts?

You probably tore the seal or nicked it going in, replace it.

Very common because the seals that come with the pumps are poorly made. You'll feel the difference when you get the new seal it will feel slippery.
