My radiator fans will not cut on at all on my Toyota Camry. Just installed new radiator. What's wrong?

Try replacing your fan relays. If that makes no difference, try replacing your radiator temp sensor. If you just had a shop replace your radiator, I would bring it back and have them worry about it. They should have taken your car for a test drive and figured that out.
