Timing belt

I have a 94 Toyota camry le and I bout it for real
cheap. Reason for the good deal is bc the dealer
couldnt get it to run. said it needed new timing belt.
Ok fine. The original belt looked fine but I have
replaced it and still can't get it. What's up with this
car

The dealer may have been talking about a pulley. Maybe the tensioner or idler pulley is shot/completely worn out. I would check those out.
