I have a 1994 toyota camry that the radiator fans won't kick on to cool in down and it over heats right away. Is it the relays?

Check the fuse,s and the relay,s if they are good, check the tempreture sending unit which tells the relay to kick the fan on.

They can be ohmed if you have and ohm meter, but if you are stuck and cant drive to a part,s store in fear of over heating, there are other relay,s in the fuse box that can be swapped out to check if bad.
