car won't start, pulled starter took it to b tested it was good, changed starter relay still nothing, when turn key all lights come on strong but nothingwhen turn key to start,

If you have a battery charger with the 50 amp engine start option, hook it up and give that a try. If the car starts using the jump start, but won't start without it, your battery is shot. I just went through the same thing with my kids car. Changed out the starter and the whole nine yards. Turned out to be a bad battery the whole time. Had the battery put on a load tester and it tested fine. Never trust those battery testers.......
