What ever you do, do not run synthetic in it if you've been using regular oil throughout the cars life. You can ruin your engine. If you have owners manual, just go to the specifications section and it will tell you what weight oil to use. Then just decide on what brand. I usually have always run a thicker oil in my vehicles during the summer months. I always ran 20-W50 when it becomes extremely hot. There is usually a table in your owners manual that will suggest different weights for different temps also.
