I have a 1993 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder that when I turn the key to start the car soon as the key get to the on position & get power cranks the car on before getting to start.& continues to crank after the car turns over. Have to shut it back off because it continues to crank. Is it my starter, ignition, or solenoid? Need help....

the starter solenoid is sticking, but its part of the starter so I'd just get a new one. Happened on my old yota every now and then till I bought an new starter.
