figured out the answer to my own question a few weeks ago. i had to break the problem down and this is wat i figured out and it fixed the problem. 1) the egine main fuse was missing from the fuse box under my hood which caused the ecm to mess up and dump more fuel then was needed. i replaced it and that stopped 2) the dripping liquid had water and gas in it. i replaced the head gasket(s) and that fixed the liquid gettin to the exhaust problem. 3) And the last problem was the piston and retainer rings were bad. when i replaced the head gasket i fixed that and now she runs clean and purrs like a kitten and i have no problems out of her wat-so-ever. very pleased with the performance and although it could have better mpg (it only gets 18 to the gallon) it is a great car.
