I have an 07 camry with 139,000 miles,mostly highway. I never changed the transmission oil. the car will not accelerate after driving 1 block, I will have to turn the car off let it sit for about 1 min and it will drive 1 block again. this keeps repeating over and over. no check engine lights or oil leakage. I took it to a local mechanic, he said the trans is gone, need to be replaced. I bought this car new. never had issues before. I do not have the money for another trans. what can I do? 6 Answers
