where does the egr temp sensor connect too?

wire was cut and i cannot find where the connection for the egr valve temp
sensor is at

the wire connector is connected to the egr valve, but the wire that comes out of the connector is cut about three inches from the connector. i do not know where the wire that comes from the connector goes to,thanks in advance.see photo.

opps wire comes out of egr valve temp sensor and connector on it is what i need to find so i can splice the wires back together.

The EGR Temp Sensor is usually a 2 wire sensor which is connected to the Computer(ECU). One wire should have about 5v DC Ign. switch on....the other wire is a ground through the ECU. Be carful if you start checking voltage.....use a DIGITAL volt meter...no test lights. You could take out the ECU. If you Google this sensor, you will see the connector is a short distance from the sensor.
