my front wheel makes a clicking sound when i turn left,  what does that indicate?

A clicking sound usually indicates a worn or bad CV joint. It often cheaper and easier to replace the entire axle (aka CV halfshaft). Expect to spend $65 for a re manufactured axle plus labor.
