Ive replaced parts on my 90 Camry from 91 models. However, I swapped my trans for one I got out of a 91 Camry. A140 Transmission same but the coupler and driver side cv axle were different. The shaft that goes into the wheel hub and into the transmission are same same but the bearings and coupler on the transmission side were bigger diameter. The only problem with this is slower start speed but it gets more top speed and great highway fuel mileage.
