I do not have any air flow coming out of the right (passenger) dash vents. All other vents are working fine. It is on a 2006 Avalon XLS

Sounds like a blend door actuator malfunction. You will probably have to take the entire dash apart to fix it. You will probably want to take it to the dealer or shop.
