My car has a hard time starting and I have to rev it for a little while before it lets me drive. What do you think it is?

I notice that it takes longer for it to let me drive when its colder. When its in the
30s/40sF then it doesn't require me to rev it as often.

Cold does that. If you have not tuned it up in the last 50,000 miles I would go ahead.

sounds like a TPS thing , but of course these things should be tested before spending $$
