Can someone please help me with my radio ?

I have a 2001 Toyota Avalon with a JBL stereo in it. Well, my speaker in my
back window has no sound in it so I took it out and I am waiting for a repair kit
to get here. But in the meantime, before I took it out my other radio speakers
work but only first thing in the morning when the car has been sitting all night.
If I go somewhere and I get back in the car it won't come back on. I was
wanting to know if my back speaker is blown will it make my radio get warm
maybe?

The headunit sounds like it once it warms up it is not working properly.

How hard was it to change your speakers? Did it cost much to be fixed? I bought a 2001 Avalon and the back speakers don’t work, the front didn’t until a friend changed the bass and the other thing…any advice please.
