I have a 2000 Toyota Avalon. These are the codes. P0300, P0301, P0303, P0305, P0500, P1135. What do these codes mean?

P0300 is random misfire, p0301 is misfire cylinder 1, 303 cyl 3 mis, 305 cyl 5 mis, p0500 is vss (vehicle speed sensor) malfunction and p1135 is O2 sensor B1S1. Your misfire codes need to be dealt with first. Ask me if you want more info.

Are cylinders 1,3,5 located on the front side of the motor or on the back side?
