I went to get my car smoged an it failed due to a
(OBD BULB CHECK) & (OBD MIL)
I'm new to owning a car an I'm not sure what to do

This is a shift solenoid E electrical malfunction in the transmission. Best to have a reputable transmission shop take a look at it. Unfortunately, given the age of the vehicle it might not be worth fixing. Hope that helps! Jim
