4runner breaks shudder before stopping

Hello guys, i have a 4runner 2001 limited. I
purchased it few weeks ago... after driving the car
for 15 mins or in hot weather... the breaks shudder
right before i stop... so i changed the routers and
the brakes l, but still facing the same problem... the
car sat for 2 years, only 2000 miles in the last two
years... some suggest the brake fluid... any
suggestions?

Bad brake caliper will do this allso,

No,fluid would not cause tthis unless low'
