water pump should be changed at same time as the timing belt turns the water pump. with that many miles do with the timing belt KIT which includes the timing belt, and the pulleys that the timing belt ride on. the pulleys have bearing inside and with that many miles, they are well worn. with that many miles also look into replacing the 2 camshaft and 1 crankshaft seal. i did my 1st timing belt at 281k miles and everything was still original and everything was so shot, I couldn't believe it was still running lol. Factory dealer OEM parts are better than aftermarket and i dont care how many people tell you different, I am an ase certified auto tech that has worked at dealerships and in the aftermarket side.
