Is this a good deal?

I found a 1998 3.4L manual 4runner with 297k miles for $3,200. The manual transmission and clutch have recently been replaced along with many suspension parts. Is 297k too many mikes for the 3.4L motor? Thanks!

The engine is probably on its last legs. How long do you need this car to last?
