swapping out 4 runner seats?

Asked by JasonBehuniak Aug 03, 2013 at 12:32 AM about the 1996 Toyota 4Runner 4 Dr Limited 4WD SUV

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a '96 4Runner with leather seats that are well worn. I spotted an ad for 2001
4Runner seats, so just wondering if they would fit in my '96? Thanks!

on your car measure the seat track attachment points, and HOW they attach- it could become a safety issue if not compatible. Then measure the width and height and depth of your seats. check for any electrical hook ups you have. then go and compare to your adverts seats Good Luck HTH
