Drivers Door won't Unlock

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Drivers side door won't unlock with the key.  Key will turn either direction but
won't unlock. Have to unlock passenger side to unlock all the doors.

I think the rod that attaches to the door lock has come off, either @ the lock or @ the door latch.
