Asked by GuruF7QXL May 06, 2020 at 12:16 PM about the 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer LS 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2006 trailblazer wont move in 3rd or
drive but you can take off in 1st and
then shift to drive and it's not slipping
or making noises

Most likely it is a bad transmission . Have it tested at your local auto parts store. You might get lucky an it could be a shifter solenoid in the bottom of transmission. They dont normally go bad from my experience. .its just the 4L60E trans.
