Might need new struts or the bouncing could be vibration from an out of balance or out of round tire. Try driving (away from traffic) about 15 or 20 mph and repeatedly pressing the brake pedal. Does your car tend to bounce up and down in a rhythm? If so you probably need new struts (shocks) on the front end. If you have a bouncing or shimmy shake while driving at highway speeds the tires may need to be balanced.
