P205/65R15 CAN BE REPLACED BY P205/65R16?

Only if you get 16" wheels. The new size will be taller though so you might want to go to 60 series. This calculator might help --- https://tiresize.com/calculator/

And remember you will raise all gear ratios. To a higher gear including final. That is 1" taller diameter and your speedometer will show 65 at a true 67.5mph. And just as FoR says, you will have to buy all new wheels

If mitchy goes to 205/60-16's the difference will be less than 1%.
