I was going to replace the raido so I took it out I
seen I had to cut some wires so I cut the memory
and the ground wires then I decided to I would take
it to some one so I attached the wired back and
hooked it up now raidi wont work?

No but they were good before I took the radio out . Do you think it blew a fuse when I cut the ground wire or memory wire

Cutting into the factory wiring is never a good idea. It is always best to use adapters so that wiring will be untouched.
