my left turn signal only flashes normal then fast

when I turn on my left turn signal it starts out normal then starts speeds up. Also my left
rear brake light is stuck on.

Change the bulb. Make sure it's a dual phase bulb. You can get this problem with a single phase where a dual phase is supposed to go. If the problem persists then you have a wiring issue

Will the front turn signal still work even if the back turn signal doesn't?
