Looking into buying a 2005 Subaru Outback
with a mileage of 150,000 for a price of
$4,700 is that a good price is it worth it ? For
the miles and year

You should look up the value on sites like KBB.com, Edmunds.com or nada.com to get more info. With the range of options and condition, it is difficult to give you a good estimate with such little information.

Unless they can prove that it has had a new timing belt and head gaskets installed recently I would not buy it. Offer less if you decide to go ahead.
