head lights don't work at all, no running lights, no headlights, no high beams, all other
lights are OK

It's in the headlight switch. Test it. Your probably going to have to replace it.

Since you didn't mention it I'm gonna ask. Did you check the relay and fuse for the headlights?

I had it at a honda dealer who said they checked all bulbs, fuses but not sure on the relays.

the passenger fuse box has a diagram but doesnot show what the 4 big blue ones are at the bottom. Engine compartment, the fuse box a friend cked and all seemed to be intact.
