Is a 2001 Subaru Outback with 198000 miles worth getting a head gasket job

I paid $950.00 for the car had the timing belt change, new water pump and all the belts and pulleys change , there is some rust on the wheelwells, it is leaking oil

It's a big job and will cost much more than the car is worth. Move on and get another Suby! :-)

I paid $950.00 for it and have replaced the timing belt, the value cover gaskets new belts and water pump this was done two weeks ago around $700.00 so far, I only got the car this past december

I will nurse this car untill it can't be nurse anymore I will just keep an eye on the oil
