My shaky steering wheel

My 2006 Chevy equinox steering wheel shake and
sometimes I can smell burnt rubber by the front tires and
breaks

Sounds like you need new tires and an alignment. Check your front tires for uneven wear to be sure! Hope that helps! Jim
