I have a 2003 Legacy L AWD and wondering what shirt ram intakes would fit I was looking
at a weapon r secret weapon intake would that work good?

Weapon R intakes are junk. Look around before you buy, I'm not sure which companies make intakes for your car but Weapon R has a reputation for making ill-fitting trash.

I custom made my pipeing but I am using a Weapon R Dragon filter on my 93 Legacy L AWD and it's soo much better than the spectre filters you can get at parts places.
