99 subaru outback legacy headgasket replaced still leaking on top of motor does not overheat

Did you use multilayer gaskets? Did you have the heads checked for flatness and warp?

it leaks at the top of the motor where the coolant line goes into the top of the engine.

head gaskets are fine. I believe the mechanic forgot the o ring to seal that inlet on top of the engine
