Wipers out of Sync and replacement carpet set

I have a 1999 Outback wagon, Wipers slap the down position and over shoot the windshield.
How is this corrected ?
ALSO, I cannot find replacement Carpets anywhere, only imreza

Try the For Sale forums on www.legacygt.com. You will have to post around some of the other forums before you can add to a thread on there, but people are always parting out cars on there. Good luck finding your carpets, and hope this helps!
